Comprehensive Service: Provided extensive mechanical services, including ventilation, air conditioning, and water systems across multiple floors.
Advanced Control Systems: Implemented centralised control systems for efficient management and integration with the building management system (BMS).
Safety and Compliance: Ensured all installations met safety regulations, including the installation of additional fire dampers and compliance with DDA standards.

Completed mechanical services installations across all floors, including ground to seventh, with a focus on ventilation, air conditioning, and water systems.
Installed VRV systems, wall-mounted FCUs with PIR sensors, and centralised controllers for efficient system management and BMS integration.
Conducted water sampling, multiple phases of water flushing, and installed kitchen and canteen water services.
Ensured compliance with safety regulations by installing additional fire dampers and making necessary modifications.
Managed various clash reports and relocations of services, including grille plenum boxes and containment pipework.
