About the project
Aldridge Air Conditioning was contracted to design and install a comprehensive air conditioning system for the prestigious Langdale Hotel. This project encompassed multiple areas of the hotel, including the main building, lake house, and boat house, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and advanced climate control solutions.
Premium Equipment: Utilized top-of-the-line Mitsubishi air conditioning systems, with Aldridge Air Conditioning being a Daikin D1+ Premium Partner. All equipment comes with a 7-year manufacturer’s parts warranty.
Energy Efficiency: Implemented advanced VRF heat recovery systems to optimize energy consumption and ensure efficient climate control across different hotel areas.
Comprehensive Service: From design to installation, including all necessary secondary ductwork, thermal insulation, and mechanical extract systems.

Installed 36 Fan Coil Units (FCUs) on five Mitsubishi VRF heat recovery systems.
Condensing units mounted on Big Foot systems.
Completed secondary ductwork from FCUs, including grilles, plenums, ductwork, and thermal insulation.
Supplied and installed air conditioning systems, including FCUs and associated ductwork.
Installed Mitsubishi split systems serving the boat house and main house ground floor office.
Provided complete ductwork, thermal insulation, and mechanical extract systems.
Installed mechanical extract systems for the main hotel and lake house.
Inclusion of extract fans, ductwork, air valves, wall outlets, roof cowls, control wiring, and air balancing.
Provided comprehensive project management, including coordination with builders for necessary works such as holes, trenches, and fire stopping.
