About the project
Aldridge Air Conditioning was tasked with designing and installing a state-of-the-art air conditioning system for Unit 1 at the Talisman Business Centre. This project included advanced climate control solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of various rooms, including server rooms, soak rooms, and thermal calibration rooms.
Premium Equipment: Utilised high-quality Daikin air conditioning systems, with Aldridge Air Conditioning being a Daikin D1+ Partner. All equipment comes with a 7-year manufacturer’s parts warranty.
Precision Control: Implemented advanced precision air conditioning systems to ensure optimal climate control in critical areas like server rooms and calibration labs.
Comprehensive Service: From design to installation, including all necessary ductwork, thermal insulation, and mechanical extract systems.
HOW WE HELPED
Services provided
Installed 12 Fan Coil Units (FCUs) on one Daikin VRV heat recovery condensing unit.
Condensing units mounted on antivibration feet in the ground floor plant deck.
Supplied and installed three Daikin Modular L ventilation units (sizes 2, 3, and 4) and one VAM350 unit.
Installed five FCUs on one Daikin VRV heat recovery condensing unit.
Supplied and installed a Daikin VAM800 unit and a Daikin Modular L ventilation unit (size 4).
Supplied and installed two Daikin wall-mounted split systems (5KW).
Installed six Daikin twin split systems (10KW FCUs, FAA100B).
Supplied and installed wall-mounted controllers linked to a Daikin centralized controller.
Installed two Airedale V6X-EZRE-0 Easicool Upflow Precision Air Conditioning Units.
Installed refrigeration pipework with Class ‘0’ insulation and PVC gravity drains to local drain stack via waterless traps.
Removed redundant services
Comprehensive project management, including pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and commissioning of systems.
